Mould plates are made of 420 heat treated stainless steel, interal stress of which is eliminated by hardening and tempering; S136 high strength anti-

corrosive stainless steel with hardness greater than 48HRC is used for mould stacks.

thickness variation is able to achieve less than 0.10mm.

Cams and cam followers with bearings made from high strength anti-corrosive S136 stainless steel are adopted for preform demoulding.All contacting

surfaces are filled in with lubrication copper alloy to reduce wearing.
